Womanlnace helps women who live in MENA region to find a freelancing jobs from home. it will help them to get in touch with different companies around the world which will help to increase their knowledge in their fields and open their minds to other cultures.

Womanlance was created by women to help women to be more independent and to contribute in their society. it helps them to be more effective especially those who have the passion but couldn't find the opportunity to take it into the next level.
in Womanlance, we offer the following:
A. For Companies:
1.the values proposition for companies which are welling to use Womanlance as a job provider platform is that they can hire talented women from MENA region to do micro tasks without worrying about the recruitment process especially for companies have business in the region but they are based outside MENA.
2. 24/7 online support
B. For Job seekers:
1.we provide women who live in MENA region with the opportunity to find a job while staying at home. plus they can have multiple tasks with different companies at the same time. there is no time restriction ( unless the hiring company asks for) or place restriction to complete the task.
2. we provide an online training to mentor our candidates and make sure that their skills are updated according to Market needs and requirements.
