Feeling lost and don't know what all of this is about?

I am a dance choreographer in Lebanon. This is the first big project that Im actually working on. We have found the location of the video. Its in an abandoned compound in Broumana. It will be given to us for free. 

The lighitng equipment and cameras are the most expensive. Along with the decorations

I would like to also pay a small amount for the crew that will be helping me during the shooting. 

I was to get everyone whos working on the project food during the shooting day. 

The people who have agreed to help are doing it for free.

I do not want to profit from the making of this video but I want to prove that Arabs are really talented in Dancing
