You can’t create miracles overnight. Neither can you miss the miracles you see in the everyday. I always knew from a little timid girl I would grow up to hear, see, do and feel some pretty cool things. And I really did. From writing for the Conde Nast Traveller as my first magazine break to doing a 10-day road trip through Spain, life has shown me some pretty amazing experiences. And all along, I believe it’s to do with my passion for food, people and places. I love a good conversation, a good coffee, a good sunset and a good vibe. I am a firm believer that good food is the cure to everything. I believe life is too short to be wasted and as women we underestimate the therapeutic power cooking a meal for self has. I’ve studied hospitality, business, and the science behind food preparation at undergraduate and graduate level. In 2010, I took my passion for writing and cooking to the online space in the shape of a blog called The Munching Traveler. What started out to be a space to share my family recipes step-by-step soon turned out to be a blog where I shared personal anecdotes enriched through my culinary pursuits.
