Samer is a graduate in International Business from the University of Westminster in the UK and also holds a Masters in Marketing. Samer started his career in the UK in the Fine Food retail business before moving to Saudi Arabia to also manage a large Hypermarket. In 2006, Samer joined a global multinational called British American Tobacco and quickly moved up the ladder to senior roles in Kuwait, Dubai and Saudi Arabia. In 2013, Samer left British American Tobacco and started up his own Shisha tobacco manufacturing business raising significant capital and successfully ran and launched the products in more than 20 markets including a company acquisition deal. In early 2016, Samer exited the tobacco business and setup another F&B franchise management company. Samer currently hold patents in more than 45 countries for a tobacco product and in the US for a Sports Shoe concept. Rony is a graduate in Accounting from the Lebanese University. He operated several businesses over the years starting with a recruitment consultancy company, then followed by a very successful car importing business up until the war of 2006 in Lebanon. Following the war in 2006, Rony moved to Morocco to work on establishing his pop star brother’s Loubnane restaurant which to this day is successfully operating. He successfully operated and grew that business with a full refurbishment in 2010. In 2012 he moved back to Lebanon and also setup his brother’s Lebanon branch of his restaurant which opened for 6 months but unfortunately caught a massive fire to a point beyond repair. Following that, he worked with his brother Shady on event and talent management until today. Rony is also very musically astute coming from a musical background, he plays several instruments and has a keen eye for spotting talent.
